Gunslinger-Mage

Tried to create some fantasy-looking guy who would look like some devilish night elf. Other goal was to blend him in Noire style while remaining something from fantasy, I dunno. Here is what i have got in the end eventually.
Oh, and yeah, i know that effects sucks, I became too lazy at the end of this, sorry.
